Position Summary Family Expectations (FE), is a groundbreaking program serving low income families in Oklahoma. As a nationally recognized solution for new parents, FE is proven to strengthen families around the birth of a child. The program is research informed, aligned with best practices, and is engaged in a rigorous evaluation led by some of the most respected human services researchers in the country. The Workshop Facilitation and Content Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring FE workshops are delivered effectively and efficiently; this supervisory position is responsible for ensuring high-quality instruction during workshops through modeling, co-facilitating, observing, and providing feedback and coaching to Workshop Educators. The Workshop Facilitation and Content Manager will work directly with curriculum developers, program evaluators, implementation scientists, and senior program leadership to ensure workshops are executed with fidelity to the curriculum, aligned with best practices in the fields of adult learning and relationship/parenting education, and reflective of data driven instruction and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). Essential Job Functions Support the instructional development of all Educators in understanding program curricula, facilitation skills, classroom management, and key components of the program and Evaluation Provide direction and coordination that ensures formal/systematic feedback to staff regarding service delivery, fidelity to program curricula, presentation consistency, and participant comprehension Collaborate with program leadership and Subject Matter Experts to systemize processes and practices that result in measurable outcomes and quality deliverables based on the identified goals/objectives of the program, and contribute to the ongoing success of participants and service implementation Create a feedback loop and process for quarterly workshop content review, updates, and changes; implement and manage a standardized process of formal content revision and version control Direct and reinforce the use of qualitative and quantitative data to inform and improve Educator practice and instruction at all levels; contribute to the development of systems and structures to improve Educator effectiveness and participant success Develop Education Services staffs' knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors through a variety of targeted topics Manage Educator facilitation, training, and meeting schedules Coordinate curriculum and skills trainings Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop all incoming Education Services staff. Work with HR and program leadership to schedule interviews and panel presentations when appropriate. Implement standardized training and onboarding materials for Hosts, Educators and Communication Coaches. Provide direct supervision of all full-time and part-time Education Services staff. Maintain open communication and collaborate with internal programs and staff Other duties as assigned Education/Training Master's Degree preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or documented expertise in a relevant field in lieu of a Master's will be considered. Applicable fields and disciplines including training, education, instructional coaching, education administration, curriculum development and implementation, social sciences, public policy, and related fields Experience Minimum five years relevant work experience in program design and implementation, strategic planning and growth, and staff supervision/development Workshop and/or classroom facilitation experience with adult learners, required Proven experience setting team benchmarks and monitoring and assessing established processes to achieve planned outcomes, preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Proven ability to work cooperatively and effectively with colleagues and experts Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills, including giving and receiving constructive feedback Proven ability in using participant, workshop, and program-level data to guide decisions Excellent written/oral communication and analytical skills; ability to effectively translate research into practice for wide dissemination, required Strong pedagogical knowledge. Models continuous quality improvement, demonstrates lifelong learning, and applies new learning to help program Educators and participants succeed Able to work productively independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; master level knowledge and experience, preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Personable, a critical thinker, self-motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented and flexible Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A passion for education and the empowerment of others through knowledge. Ability to travel to different locations across the state as required.
