About this Position Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing alumni engagement programs that strengthen relationships between the College of Veterinary Medicine and its alumni community. This role supports the college's advancement, fundraising, and outreach efforts through strategic event planning, communications, alumni programming, and collaboration with development and continuing education teams. Serves as a key liaison between alumni, donors, faculty, students, and college leadership while promoting the mission and priorities of the college. Required Qualifications Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) One year of related Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Experience in alumni relations, event planning, hospitality, advancement, nonprofit development, or higher education administration. Experience with event planning, stakeholder engagement, and database management. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or
Knowledge:
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and events simultaneously.
