Position Description Advertised Job Summary The Executive Director of Enrollment Management Services will provide strong, senior leadership in expanding the outreach and recruitment activities that are integral to the on-going development and implementation of a sound Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. This includes an appreciation for how to attract students to programs across the USC Lancaster Campus including those who prefer to enroll only in online offerings, by implementing efficient, well-coordinated internal processes and prores but more importantly by ensuring strong and innovative relationships with schools andmunity partners. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalentbination of job related certification, training,cation, andor experience. Required Certification, LicensureOther Credentials Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 8 years related experience. Demonstrable success overseeing an enrollment management teamoperation. Ability to work with diverse student populations and maintain strict confidentiality related to student data. Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills. Demonstrated ability to design data-informed,prehensive outreach recruitment strategies as well as efficient internal enrollment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, student information systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Experience working with Salesforce CRM KnowledgeSkillsAbilities Knowledge of state laws, rules, regulations, policies and prores affecting the assigned areas. Project management experience. Job Duties Job Duty Direct, oversee and lead the enrollment, admissions and financial aid functions in developing outreach and recruitment initiatives that align with the Campus' Strategic Enrollment Management Plan. Utilize data to establish enrollment targets and goals. Develop and utilize assessment tools to monitor enrollment oues. Analyze and track enrollment patterns. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty Develop and implement recruitment and enrollment management strategies to enable the Campus to meet short and long term enrollment goals. Maintain ongoing analysis of enrollment reports and activities directed to achieve enrollment goals and revise as needed. Develop and utilize assessment tools to measure effectiveness of recruitment activities. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty Develop and measure student learning oues related to Admissions and Enrollment Services activities. Summarize and report on data findings. Utilize the data to improve admissions and enrollment processes and prores. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty Supervise the Director of Admissions and the Director of Financial Aid ensuring that functional processes in these areas are well integrated into the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan and its implementation. Oversee aprehensive outreach and recruitment cycle and the budgets for all functional areas. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty Collaborate with the Public Information Director in the development, creation and execution of a strategic enrollment marketing andmunication plan to include online and publications as well as other marketing related materials. Collaborate with advising and retention to ensure a seamless transit for new students to advising and registration services. Collaborate with Academic Partnerships to support and promote campus initiatives through outreach and recruitment activities. Leverage technology to enhancemunication flow, prospect management, and the application process.
