Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Admission and Communications to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our school through thoughtful enrollment strategy, compelling storytelling, and meaningful engagement with families. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for: Driving enrollment outcomes and strengthening the student pipeline Leading the admission process from inquiry through enrollment Ensuring that Wyndcroft's story is told clearly, consistently, and authentically Partnering with faculty and staff to reflect the life of the school in our communications The Director of Admission and Communications serves as a member of the Wyndcroft Leadership Team and works closely with the Head of School and colleagues across the institution to align enrollment strategy with the school's mission and long-term sustainability.
