This is a high-level consulting role ideal for someone experienced in higher education startup environments, accreditation processes, and Title IV compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Affairs Develop academic policies and procedures Assist in curriculum development and academic program structuring Support accreditation preparation and compliance Establish faculty credentialing and evaluation processes Develop institutional catalogs, handbooks, and governance frameworks Oversee student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness planning Accreditation & Compliance Prepare documentation for accreditation and regulatory approvals Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations Develop internal compliance systems and reporting structures Financial Aid Provide guidance on establishing Title IV eligibility (if applicable) Develop financial aid policies and procedures Advise on financial aid software systems Ensure compliance with federal financial aid regulations Assist in developing verification, packaging, and disbursement procedures
Qualifications Required:
Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, or related field 5+ years of experience in higher education administration Demonstrated accreditation experience Strong knowledge of federal financial aid regulations Experience developing institutional policies and systemsPreferred:
Experience with startup colleges Background in faith-based or private institutions Previous experience as Academic Dean, Director of Financial Aid, or similar leadership role Ideal Candidate We are looking for a strategic builder who understands how to develop systems from the ground up and position an institution for long-term accreditation success and sustainable growth.Pay:
