03/29/2026 The Dean (TOSA) is responsible for managing operational systems for 27J Online Academy and the Sakata Campus. This role ensures effective implementation of systems related to assessment, safety, campus operations, and student behavior. This position is primarily operational in nature and focuses on compliance, coordination, and execution of systems that support a safe, organized, and efficient learning environment. Other administrative needs and processes may also be assigned. This is a full-time, or 1.0 FTE, position with benefits. This is a full-time in-person position, not a remote or hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

40% Assessment Coordination & Implementation Serve as the School Assessment Coordinator for all state, district, and program-required assessments at 27J Online Academy Ensure full compliance with all state and district testing protocols, including security procedures Develop and manage testing calendars, schedules, proctor training, and logistics Coordinate communication with students, families, and staff regarding testing requirements 25% Campus Safety & Emergency Operations Manage and implement the campus Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) Coordinate required safety drills for the campus Lead staff training and adherence to safety procedures and protocols. Serve as site-based operational lead during safety incidents Act as liaison with School Resource Officer, law enforcement, and emergency responders Maintain documentation related to safety compliance and incident follow-up 20% Student Behavior Response & Support Investigate and resolve all discipline problems in a fair and just manner, using restorative practices. Oversee student attendance, working with staff and administration team. Coordinate and complete threat assessments when needed and respond to Safe2Tell reports. Collaborate with the MTSS team to promote positive student behavior and attendance Attend meetings involving student behavior needs, such as: IEPs, 504s, intakes from Intervention Services 15% Campus Logistics and Coordination Coordinate day-to-day operational logistics of the Sakata Campus and programs Manage facilities requests, maintenance work orders, and custodial coordination Oversee building access systems (keys, badges, visitor protocols) Coordinate room usage and shared space scheduling across programs Support logistics for in-person student services as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Colorado Teacher License. Experience in school operations, testing coordination, or compliance systems preferred. Strong organizational and systems management skills. Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple priorities simultaneously. Links to
