This role focuses on leading the planning and execution of certification and training rollouts, with immediate emphasis on Australia and Cyberlaw initiatives. This position requires strong program management experience, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of managing timelines, dependencies, and business requirements to deliver successful launches.

As a Program Manager, you will: Lead business-side planning and execution for certification and training launches, with an immediate focus on Australia and Cyberlaw initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Certification, Training, Marketing, Social, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful launch delivery. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and within scope. Gather business requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and support informed decision-making throughout the rollout process. Facilitate collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational readiness and successful execution. Help define and establish the operational model needed to support broader organizational rollout of new certification programs. Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, project sponsors, and business leaders to maintain alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes. You will be a good fit for the Program Manager role if you have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations Proven experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, launches, or rollouts involving multiple stakeholders Strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced environment Experience gathering business requirements, identifying risks, and supporting operational readiness for new programs or initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or collaboration tools preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
