This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs and initiatives that align with the university's mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education teaching, experience working with students, and a solid understanding of education administration. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate educational programs that meet the needs of students and align with institutional goals. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance curriculum development and delivery. Provide support and guidance to students regarding academic resources and opportunities. Organize workshops, seminars, and events aimed at student engagement and professional development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain accurate records related to program participation and student outcomes. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to foster communication and collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education Experience in higher education teaching or education administration is highly desirable. Proven ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to educate others on academic policies, procedures, and resources available within the university setting. Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes and program management.
