ECNL Boys Director

CESA is seeking a dedicated and experienced ECNL Boys Director to lead our elite boys' soccer program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Director, with a proven track record of coaching and managing multiple teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our ECNL Staff and ensuring that our teams are well-prepared for competition. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the club, working closely with other staff members to ensure the success and growth of the program. The ECNL Boys Director will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to coaches and players, helping them develop both on and off the field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs, scheduling games and practices, and overseeing player development plans. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, where players are encouraged to reach their full potential and succeed at the highest levels.
