Providing persistent love and critical opportunities for students in the Nicholtown neighborhood through asset-based community development.
Job Description Summary:
The Program Director serves as the direct supervisor to all Eleos staff members. The Program Director is responsible for equipping, supporting, and mentoring staff members for the success of their ministry programs according to the program results identified by the Board of Directors, and communicated by the Executive Director and Program Operations Director. The Program Director will oversee the development and management of ministry programs under the supervision of the Lead Collective Program Operations Director in order to develop program strategies to achieve high value ministry outcomes.
Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant work experience Gifted and called to student ministry Desires to work program hours 2
  • 3 days per week at minimum Has the character and gifts to manage a team Organized with the ability to manage their time, schedule, and ministry programs Strong communication skills Cultural competency and cross-cultural communication skills
Responsibilities:
Program organization and development Parent communication and relationship development Mentor development and recruitment In-person program operation Managing ministry budget Managing staff team Leading staff meetings Implementation of systems and processes developed by the Program Operations Director Ensure high value ministry outcomes are being evaluated on a basis outlined by our Program Operations Director Write and send monthly newsletter Transportation from school, and drop-off after the program Write and delegate thank you notes for supporters, mentors, and meal providers.
Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week) Example schedule: 2 days/week 9a
  • 5pm 3 days/week 12p
  • 8pm Pay range: $50,000
  • $55,000 based on experience
