Senior Pastor Qualifications/Education/Experience Requirements:
Must be a professing Christian with a minimum of five years of experience in one of a diverse variety of vocational career or professional experience, including: building facilities, business and/or management, information technology, construction management, or building-related engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.). Must have a minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalency. Associates or higher degrees are advantageous, especially in a field of study specific to building or building systems.
Key Skills:
Must be a good oral and written communicator. Must have experience in planning, organization, time-management, prioritization, and budget management. Must have the ability to lead and manage through teamwork and collaboration. Attention to detail is important, but so is the ability to understand the broader implications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 The Campus Director oversees and manages all FBC-owned properties and assets, including those located on the main campus and any off-campus locations.  The Campus Director facilitates the use of FBC and CCPS campus for use in all facets of ministry and school functions.  Review, approve requests, schedule, and support all activities for FBC and CCPS.  Participate in the setup and cleanup of FBC and CCPS facility use (both indoor and outdoor).  Allocates and manages the facility use of the campus outdoor spaces (lawns, fields, playgrounds, parking).  Supervises and manages contractors, volunteers, and all levels of Facilities Staff.  Manages and reviews outside contracts for all facility systems, such as
HVAC, HVAC
controls, Fire Control Systems, Kitchen Hood and Kitchen Control Systems, elevator maintenance, and security system. Verifies completed work by outside vendors and contractors.  Maintains and reviews all leases and facility-use contracts, such as the 3rd party use of the soccer fields.  Conducts regular facility inspections to ensure that the facility is clean and properly maintained.  Develop and update a comprehensive maintenance plan for each FBC-owned asset, identifying systems age, expected life span, and expected replacement.  Develops and ensures that security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.  Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees, volunteers, and staff.  Identifies and communicates immediate and preventative maintenance needs of the facility to the supervisor.  Ensures basic facilities such as water, electricity, gas, telephone etc. are well maintained through the development and management of inspections at appropriate times.  Ensures facility meets government regulations & environmental health and security standards.  Aids in the development of annual budgets by recommending a) needed capital improvement projects, b) maintenance, c) replacements determined in the maintenance plan d) janitorial supply needs, for both FBC and CCPS.  Oversees the expenditure of all facility expenses, including leased and rented equipment.  Advises on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness in building systems.  Oversees any capital improvement building projects, renovations, and refurbishments on any FBC owned asset.  The Campus Director is a part of the Ministry Team at FBC and will take on other duties and responsibilities as needed.
