We're seeking two enthusiastic Admissions and Administrative Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the admissions team by providing excellent customer service to those who are interested in pursuing their education. We do this via phone, in person, emails and texts and representatives will be talking about our programs, giving school tours, keeping and maintaining accurate records, helping students throughout the application and enrollment process and seeing them through to graduation and eventually their new career! Good conversation skills, an outgoing personality, a friendly demeanor, and excellent record keeping skills are the secret to success in this job. Full Time and Part Time hours are available. Must be able to work Saturdays and/or T,W,TH Evenings. Responsibilities Assist the team by answering the phone, greeting students and making WARM calls, emails and texts to potential students to provide course information and services. Converse and build relationships with potential students, help them with course selections and enrollment by answering their questions and helping them overcome any obstacles they may have. Communicate with students, instructors and the team to achieve a win-win result. Collaborate with instructors, admissions team, call center team and administration to create new strategies to help students in their career selection, growth and success. Use software ( training provided ) to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information. Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, follow-up actions, student files, tuition payments and other school related records. Greet potential students, schedule and give school tours, and help students throughout the application process and see them through until they begin their course. Help students make tuition payments, set up payment plans, apply for tuition assistance and complete the necessary processes. Skills Proven experience in customer service, sales or call centers, and/or admissions is highly desirable. Office office administration and record keeping Data entry and database management Scheduling (appointments, orientations, tours) Document preparation (forms, letters, enrollment packets) File management (digital and paper) Front desk operations and customer service Basic reporting and documentation Experience in Call Center software or CRM software is a plus ...but not required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent grammar is a must! Ability to talk about our school, our programs, our tuition options and services while demonstrating a strong understanding of potential student needs. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques in student recruitment and engagement with a focus on building relationships with potential students. Being a team player is key! Education College degree is required, except in cases where the candidate can demonstrate a proven history of relevant experience.
