Pine Tar Sports is hiring dependable and motivated Onsite Directors to oversee tournament operations at youth baseball and softball events throughout the DFW area and surrounding Texas locations. This position is ideal for individuals who work well in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and can confidently lead event staff while creating a positive experience for teams and families.

Responsibilities:

Oversee onsite tournament operations from start to finish Lead and support gate staff, umpires, and volunteers Ensure games and schedules run smoothly and efficiently Assist coaches, teams, and spectators with questions or concerns Handle onsite issues professionally and effectively Communicate with tournament leadership throughout the event Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment Assist with setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation and weekend availability required Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Ability to stay organized and problem-solve under pressure Experience in sports, customer service, events, or leadership preferred Knowledge of baseball or softball is a plus, but not required
