Houston, TX Dean of Education Employment Type Full-Time | On-Site Schedule Monday-Friday | Days & evenings as needed | Saturdays as needed Position Summary The College of Health Care Professions is seeking an experienced Dean of Education to provide leadership and oversight for academic operations, faculty performance, curriculum quality, compliance, and student outcomes. This role partners with campus leadership to support academic excellence, student success, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Directors of Education and faculty teams Oversee academic operations, curriculum, and compliance Monitor student retention, graduation, and performance outcomes Lead accreditation and regulatory readiness efforts Support faculty development and academic excellence Collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives Qualifications Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred 3-5 years of academic leadership experience Experience managing faculty and academic operations Knowledge of blended learning and LMS platforms Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join CHCP?
