About Us Triumph Public High Schools is a Texas-based, tuition-free, public charter high school with 9 schools operating in the State of Texas. Founded in 1990 by Mr. Eduardo Gutierrez and operating as The Student Alternatives Program, we rebranded in 2019 to Triumph Public High Schools. We specialize in serving high school students who are placed at-risk in completing their high school education. Position Overview Triumph Public High Schools is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and passionate individual with a heart to serve and educate at-risk youth and young adults. As a PEIMS Clerk at Triumph Public High Schools, you will manage and maintain student, attendance, and enrollment data to ensure accurate reporting, funding compliance, and smooth campus operations. Key Responsibilities Enter, verify, and maintain student, attendance, credit, and enrollment data in the PEIMS system Review and validate source documents to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies Prepare and submit PEIMS reports, transfer lists, and withdrawal documentation Support student registration, records requests, and file management, including TREx and immunizations Provide front-office and recruitment support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance This position may occasionally require work on Saturdays, during the summer, or travel within the State of Texas. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to pass pre-employment fingerprinting and background check Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or at least 48 college credit hours Two (2) or more years of administrative or data entry experience Experience working in a schools or education setting Experience with PEIMS, Ascender, TREx, or student intformation systems Bilingual in
English and Spanish Compensation Annual Salary Range:
$26,400-$29,040 (based on a 220-day work schedule) Salary placement is based on education, experience, and credentials Salary is prorated from the effective date of hire (Equivalent to approximately $120.00-$132.00 per workday, depending on placement.)
