Job Description

We're Hiring:
Education Trainer Anchor Point Ministries seeks a skilled facilitator to design and deliver life-changing educational programming for pregnant women and parenting families.
The Role:
Facilitate evidence-based parenting classes (Nurturing Parenting, Love & Logic, Triple P, Circle of Security, etc.). Lead life skills workshops. Conduct prenatal/postpartum education. Create safe, shame-free learning environments. Adapt curricula for diverse learners. Provide one-on-one coaching. Develop engaging materials. Measure learning outcomes.
You Bring:
Bachelor's in Education, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred). 3-5 years facilitating group education. Parenting education or family life skills experience required. Work with diverse, at-risk populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Adult learning principles. Curriculum design. Teaching certification or parenting curricula certification valued (APM will pay for certifications). Transform families through education that builds confidence, knowledge, and skills.
