Admissions Leader

The ideal candidate has previous admissions experience in a vocational or college setting. They exude enthusiasm, love connecting with people, are highly motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and excel in communication. Position Summary The Admissions Advisor introduces the campus and its programs to prospective students and enrolls qualified individuals in educational programs. They oversee all phases of the Admissions process, from generating interest in our programs to ensuring integrity and compliance with state, federal, company, and Accreditation policies and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the enrollment process and necessary documentation for inquiry tracking. Reach out to prospective students via telephone, email or text message to provide information or schedule appointments. Forecasts new incoming students by program to aid in classroom capacity planning. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to address any questions or concerns. Engage in various recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, community and high school presentations, career days, etc. Enter all admissions activities into database accurately and timely. Cultivate a positive work environment prioritizing student need and fostering teamwork across departments. Actively participates in training and development Upholds honesty and professionalism at all times Performs other duties as assigned Education, Skills and Experience Must have previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience Quality voice skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person Strong organization skills Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit initiative as a self-starter Possess a strong drive to achieve assigned goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is preferred or experience in the beauty industry A High School Diploma required with some college credits is preferred
