JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading Higher Education team, providing coaching and mentoring of staff, guiding work plans and initiating and implementing strategic action plans. Works with the team to maintain and grow relationships with existing tribal and other entities and institutions to coordinate support and resources for Tulalip students accessing Higher Education. Plan, coordinate, and implement higher education community events, workshops, pathway opportunities and outreach plans. Manager will be self-driven and dedicated to improving current processes and implementing innovative solutions. This role ensures access to educational opportunities, promotes student success, and fosters a supportive and inclusive environment.
COMPENSATION
$33.27hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
Associates Degree in Human Services or related field. Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. Five (5) years of experience supervising employees. Five (5) years of experience operating computers, including software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Three (3) years planning and executing events and activities. Three (3) years working with and developing budgets.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES WA
State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance) Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a regular Full-Time position.
