Other Requirements for the Position
  • Answer the phone, transfer calls, and take messages
  • Welcome visitors, assist and direct to appropriate employees or department
  • Make copies, scan, and file various documents
  • Assemble mail membership packets and Alumni Board/Committee manuals for meetings and events
  • Assist in maintaining social media outlets and creating content around special events
  • Assist with special events and tailgates
