We are seeking a motivated KS2 Teacher to work in a supportive and forward-thinking primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity to help pupils develop confidence, independence and a love of learning as they progress through upper primary years. As part of the role the successful candidate will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum. Prepare pupils for statutory assessments, including SATs. Use assessments effectively to track progress and raise attainment. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess pupils progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
The successful Teacher will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in KS2. A strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment. To create an engaging, inclusive and supportive classroom environment. To be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. To work as part of a collaborative and caring team. To show enthusiasm, creativity and excellent classroom management skills.
