Archbishop Carroll High School is a Catholic, college preparatory, co-educational school in the heart of Washington, DC. We welcome young people and empower them in a diverse, academically rigorous, and supportive learning environment. Our community works daily to think critically, creatively, and morally so that we can serve God with purpose.

The Religion department at Archbishop Carroll serves to bring students forward in an educated faith. Courses are academically rigorous and faith-based. Teachers lead students in the development and strengthening of a personal relationship with God. The candidate must be certified to teach religion by the Archdiocese of Washington or is willing to gain certification within three years
