The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and literacy education, with experience working with children in various educational settings. This role involves fostering a positive learning environment, implementing engaging lesson plans, and supporting the academic growth of students. The educator will work closely with students to enhance their understanding of core subjects and promote a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary.
