Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons
• Create a positive and structured classroom environment
• Use data to drive instruction and support student achievement
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
• Support the academic and social-emotional growth of students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with middle and/or high school students
