SUMMARY:
Teaches students academic, social, and motor skills following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. Collaborate with various staff members to ensure student needs are being met. Our teachers effectively communicate with parents on a regular basis and most importantly, create a positive learning environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred. Valid Illinois Professional Educators License with High School Social Studies Endorsement required, ESL Endorsement preferred. Must have patience and flexibility when working with students. Ideal applicant will have the ability to communicate with a variety of students and staff in a fast-paced environment.
