Boston, MA Job Details Seasonal 1 day ago Qualifications Stakeholder engagement Master's degree Entrepreneurship Stakeholder management Full Job Description REA3023 Real Estate Development Entrepreneurial Leadership The Boston Architectural College (BAC) seeks an adjunct instructor to teach its master's level Real Estate Entrepreneurial Leadership course. We are looking for a practitioner-educator who can propel students to forge the entrepreneurial mindset of a real estate developer - one who is not only a visionary but a doer able to build and implement a vision in collaboration with a team of professional experts, diverse participants, and interested stakeholders. Candidates are encouraged to propose their ideas to shape the specific content of the course. This is an 8-week, fast-paced course that meets once a week for 3 hours. The course is taught synchronously using Zoom. It is scheduled to run from mid-October to mid-December, Tuesdays either from 4:00 to 7:00 (ET) or 7:15 to 10:15pm (ET). Students are located throughout the US and in neighboring countries. The adjunct may be remote and need not be located in Boston.
Minimum required qualifications:
o Master's degree in real estate development, business, or a related field o Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurial leadership, decisive communication, stakeholder diplomacy, and effective negotiation Preferred qualifications: o Prior teaching or mentoring in an academic or professional setting o Experience with online teaching (synchronous or asynchronous), online collaboration platforms, and/or Moodle (or a similar LMS) Successful candidate must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
