Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District seeks a qualified .50 FTE History Teacher commencing at the start of the 2026-2027 school year to teach a 9th Grade Modern World History class and a 10th Grade Modern America History class. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the LS community Plans lessons that meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of the students Creates a classroom environment that is inclusive and productive, and maintains appropriate standards of classroom behavior Provides timely and appropriate feedback to students, with progress reports as needed Communicates with parents to discuss student progress Pursues professional growth through activities in and out of school Cooperates with other professional staff in supporting student learning Fulfill other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university Licensed, or eligible for licensure in the appropriate field by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, to include Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) endorsement

Experience Preferred:

3 + years educational teaching environment High School teaching experience

According to the Teachers' CBA Prorate annual salary according to the .50 FTE
