Aug 19, 2026 Job Description North Middlesex Regional High School is looking for a qualified candidate for the 2026-2027 school year to teach High ELA and Social Studies.
The selected candidate will:
Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of each student, and encourages mutual respect and effective learning. Plan lessons that employ a variety of 21st century learning instructional strategies that, when implemented, strives to meet the needs and capabilities of each student based on assessment data in your classroom. Follow district curriculum goals and objectives to write appropriate lesson plans designed to meet the learning needs of each student in your classroom. Understand how students learn and develop and providesopportunities that support their growth in cognitive, linguistic, creative, social, moral, emotional, and physical development. Assess students for the purpose of providing feedback to the teacher, students, parents, administration, regarding student's growth, meeting expectations, and goals. Utilizes data from standardized tests and a variety of formative and summative assessment to drive instruction. Other relative teaching duties as required in accordance with MA curriculm frameworks.
