Job Description
This is for the upcoming 2026-2027 School Year. We are looking to hire 2 teachers to pair with a third teacher already on staff. 1 teacher will teach 3rd, 1 will teach 4th, and 1 will partner with 6th grade to teach 5th in the morning and 6th in the afternoon. Teachers hired will be responsible for the creation and implementation of lesson plans for 3rd, 4th, and 5th/6th grade. Teachers will utilize teacher curriculum books from BJU to teach students Math, Reading, Writing, Science, History, Spelling, and Bible in their 3rd and 4th grade rooms. 5th grade teacher will lead Math, Reading, and Writing for 5th and 6th grades. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, be able to problem solve with students and staff, and have good command of the classroom. Ideal candidate must be a professing Christian and attending a church on a regular basis. The ideal candidate has at least a year of teaching experience, but it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, at a minimum. Salary can increase based on teaching experience as well.
