Job Description

Religion Teacher | Grades 6-8 | Part-Time Sacred Heart School, Hampton, NH Sacred Heart School, a vibrant parish school serving students in PreK-8, is seeking a part-time Religion Teacher for grades 6-8 starting in August 2026. Located in the Seacoast community of Hampton, NH, our school is rooted in faith, academic excellence, and a strong sense of community. We are looking for a creative and motivated educator who is enthusiastic about sharing the beauty of the Catholic faith with middle school students. The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming and engaging classroom where students can grow in their understanding of Scripture, Church teachings, and their relationship with God. This role includes teaching in alignment with Diocesan Religion Standards, leading students in prayer and reflection, and guiding meaningful discussions about faith and life.
Qualifications:
A love for working with middle school students. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. Ability to create a positive, faith-filled classroom environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
