Job Description
Private Homeschool Instructor — Las Vegas, NV We are a Las Vegas family seeking a skilled, experienced instructor to provide personalized in-home education for our child, age 7, beginning August 2026. Schedule & Location In-person, Las Vegas, Nevada. Monday-Friday, approximately 3.5 hours per day. Subjects Mathematics and Science, primary focus, plus Language Arts, Writing, and Social Studies/History. Compensation Competitive; commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Deliver structured, engaging daily lessons tailored to the student's learning style. Prepare weekly lesson plans and provide written progress summaries. Maintain a positive, focused learning environment. Communicate openly with the family about student progress. Qualifications Prior experience teaching or tutoring elementary-age children. Strong background in Math and/or Science. Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule starting August 2026. Willing to provide professional references and complete a background check.
