We are seeking a Social Studies teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering engaging instruction across Social Studies courses, including American History Differentiating instruction and using data to meet diverse student learning needs Facilitating thoughtful discussion and analysis of historical and current issues Supporting student writing, critical thinking, and argumentation skills Collaborating with colleagues, including Intervention Services, on department and school-wide initiatives Connecting elective coursework to real-world applications, current events, and civic engagement Maintaining clear, positive communication with students, families, and administration Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree; an Ohio teaching license in Social Studies is preferred.
