Job description Our client is seeking Certified ELA Interventionists in Philadelphia Metro area, PA.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Valid Pennsylvania Teacher Certification. Reading Specialist Certification is strongly recommended.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Provides and delivers focused reading intervention instruction to students in small groups and one-on-one settings through push-in and pullout for the purpose of improving student outcomes and achievement. Demonstrate the ability to participate in a collaborative learning environment as well as participate in professional growth activities. Build positive relationships with students and families in an urban education environment. Coordinate knowledge of content, of students, and of resources to design a series of learning experiences aligned to instructional outcomes and suitability to groups of students. Cultivate a learning environment that promotes cultural relevance, diversity of thinking, diversity of learning, and respect for all people (students and adults).
