Job Description
Pegasus is hiring a high school humanities teacher to teach a variety of English classes including Humanities, Creative Writing, History, and electives. At Pegasus, we have reimagined our school curriculum to focus on creativity and hands on learning through field trips, play, and creative pahtways for older students. Creativity and active play work hand in hand to develop stronger problem solvers who are engaged, resilient, and confident while boosting brain function, improving behavior, and building the social skills students need to thrive. We are seeking staff who work well with quiet, creative, and sensitive learners meeting them where they are and turning their potential into real academic achievement. We are seeking creative, flexible teachers who work well in a small environment and work well with others.
