Job Description

Pay:
$45 - $48 per hour 9 Educational Diag Openings Will complete evals and attend ARD Meetings The school will be determined in the interview Schools will be across Denton, Aubrey, and Crossroads, TX Key Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning. Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction. Classroom Environment Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom culture. Implement effective classroom management strategies. Promote positive student behavior and social-emotional growth. Student Support Identify students' academic and behavioral needs and collaborate with support staff to implement appropriate interventions. Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI), IEP, and 504 meetings as required. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. Collaboration & Communication Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with grade-level teams, special education staff, and related service providers. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events. Professional Responsibilities Maintain compliance with district policies, state regulations, and professional standards. Engage in ongoing professional growth and development. Perform additional duties as assigned by administration. Qualifications Valid state teaching certification Strong knowledge of state standards and instructional best practices. Effective classroom management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. #INDEDU2
