Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic experienced 5th Grade English Language Arts & Social Studies Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a dynamic classroom environment. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for English Language Arts and Social Studies. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation. Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management strategies to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support students with diverse needs. Skills Proven classroom management skills with the ability to maintain an organized and disciplined environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to elementary education standards for literacy and social studies.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
