Job Description
Lynden Christian School is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic educator to serve as a full-time High School Social Studies Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in a one-year assignment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mature and growing commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and a strong passion for Christian education, actively nurturing students' faith while consistently integrating a biblical worldview into all areas of instruction. This individual should have a love for students and an enthusiasm for teaching a broad spectrum of social studies courses, along with the ability to engage and inspire learners in a Christ-centered classroom environment. Qualified applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in history and meet the requirements for Washington State teacher certification.
