Job Description

Overview The Literatures of the World Section in the Department of Literature at the University of California San Diego is seeking a part-time appointment beginning in the Fall 2026 Quarter to teach three intermediate French courses for the academic year. Duties Designing syllabi and teaching 3 intermediate French courses 2A, 2B, 2C per year Administering and scoring placement exams during Winter and Spring quarter only. Reviewing and processing enrollment authorization requests via EASy during Winter and Spring quarter only. Office hours Requirements M.A. in French, French Literature, French Linguistics, or a related field PhD. in French, French Literature, French Linguistics, or a related field Experience teaching French language and literature classes Submit your application to this link
