Job Description Join our client's cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. We're looking for talented Legal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with their AI research teams. What You'll Do Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your legal domain. Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your legal specialty. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor. Translate tacit legal expertise into explicit, teachable knowledge for AI systems. Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics / evaluation frameworks to assess legal reasoning across tasks Design challenging, domain-relevant legal tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to legal problems.
