Description :
This is a seminar that utilizes lectures and team-based simulation modules to examine the law of corporate directors. Students will work on case studies that span the life of a company, from its inception all the way to its potential sale; over the course of that time, students will grapple with a myriad of practical legal issues that face corporate directors, including control, fiduciary duties, financial valuation, and governance.
Salary :
$2,500 per credit (half of 3 credits: 1.5)
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor degree, graduate-level teaching experience preferred; 5 years of practical experience in corporate law practice preferred.
