Salary & Benefit The hourly rate is $15.00 . This position has been approved for up to 28 hours per week. This position is eligible for regular part-time benefits (i.e. vacation, life insurance, etc.). Position Concept Performs functions for all library staff operations, i.e., Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, Acquisitions, Periodicals, and Cataloging. Minimum Qualifications The following minimum qualifications for this position must be met before any applicant will be considered: High School Diploma or GED. Library work experience preferred. Interpersonal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Possesses PC skills and ability to use calculator and other typical office machines. Possesses software skills, word processing, and database experience. Possesses effective and professional oral and written skills. Possesses willingness to work in a team environment and deal with changing priorities based on patron and library need. Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator's license required. A review of Social Media activity will be part of the candidate evaluation process. This position will require successful fingerprinting and the candidate chosen will be required to pay (currently $36.00). This fingerprinting fee ($36.00) is non-refundable. Minimum physical qualifications:

Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 40 pounds. Able to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods of time. Work schedule subject to change, includes nights and some weekends.
