College of Engineering Library Responsibilities Performs circulation and collection services, including the check-out and return of library materials. Provides information, referrals, and promotional support related to College of Engineering Library resources and broader Florida State University services. Provides light scholarly research related to basic reference questions. Provides scholar support in accessing library services such as printer issues or general inquiries. Assists users with basic technology troubleshooting and support. Contributes to additional library operations and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Proven customer service experience gained through prior employment or volunteer work. Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills. Genuine, demonstrated interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
