THIS IS AN AT-WILL POSITION.
Use the Job ID based on the Position Location as follows Location Job ID 4020 Lantana Road, Lake Worth 35085 Charges and discharges library materials to the public; registers borrowers; receives payment for Palm Tran Paradise passes and tech devices; resolves inquiries/complaints concerning the circulation of materials; shelves and retrieves library materials. Processes library materials and links them to a computerized database.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess one of the following: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of six (6) months of experience in library or general clerical work, OR Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of 12-semester/18-quarter hours of college-level coursework (must specify on application) .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include: Experience with public or customer service (must specify on application , and Bi/trilingual (English/Spanish/Creole) (must specify on application) .
