Fall Library Student Worker

To provide front line support to Iowa Western Students in the Library. Assist students with computers and printing Check out laptops to students Answer general questions about IWCC Direct students to appropriate resources Monitor student traffic in library and maintain a quiet study environment Current Iowa Western student with at least a 2.5 GPA Basic knowledge of Library resources and policies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ROC, BibliU, Canvas and basic computer functions Ability to perform multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to address noise concerns with students Prior to interview, students must provide proof of registration for the upcoming semester. Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 10lbs
