Job Description

Job Summary:
Do you enjoy helping people, working with technology, and being part of a comuunity-focused team? The Brazil Public Library is seeking a Part-Time Library Clerk (20-25 hours per week) to provide customer service, assist patrons, support library programs, and help maintain library collections.
Anticipated Hours:
Schedules may vary.
Monday- Thursday:
10:00-8:00pm Saturday 9:30-5:00
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service at the circulation desk Checking materials in and out and issuing library cards Assisting patrons with computers, printers, and other technology Shelving and maintaining library materials Handling cash transactions and processing payments Assisting with library programs, events, and outreach activities Supporting collection maintenance and library operations Opening and closing the library as assigned Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
