Role Position:
Library Tech II (Part-Time, 20-24 hours/week) Reports to:
Patron Services Manager Status:
Hiring Immediately As a Library Tech II, you'll help make the library a place where everyone feels supported. You'll handle daily circulation tasks, answer questions, and keep materials moving all while creating positive moments that reflect our Patron First Promise.
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
Delivering excellent service guided by our Patron First Promise Checking in/out materials and managing patron accounts Processing holds and organizing materials Helping patrons find what they need and understand library resources Answering phones and assisting with inquiries Shelving materials and keeping spaces inviting and orderly Supporting circulation operations and assisting with basic tech help What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED (required) 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred) Strong multitasking and communication skills Reliable attendance and a consistently positive approach
