Class Schedule Job Description --- The Law Library is seeking students to work at the Circulation Desk. The job entails greeting patrons, circulating materials, shelving, filing, tidying up the library, maintaining library public spaces and other similar duties. Available hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are particularly interested in finding a student to work day shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Greeting patrons Circulating materials Shelving, filing, tidying up the library Maintaining library public spaces Other similar duties Job Requirements ---

Required Education:

Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. Must attach Spring 2026 class schedule

Skills:

Ability to use library system software to locate items, look up patron records, and manage loans Familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to engage with patrons to provide excellent customer service experience

Ability to sit, bend, stand, reach and lift light weights

Supervision:

Reports to Interim Director of the Law Library
