Pickens Elementary Student Work-Study Program:

General Office Worker/Library Assistant

July 1, 2026

End Date:

June 30, 2027 General Office Worker/Library Assistant for 3 weeks at start of school to assist with back-to-school projects for students/families/staff including staff return celebrations and meet-the-teacher, they would also assist with technology start-up for school year issuing/organizing student Chromebooks and other classroom technology. Once school starts, this worker would assist the teachers with making copies and the Media Specialist by checking in and shelving library books. Hours per day could be broken up morning and/or afternoon depending on student schedule or scheduled consecutively if preferred.

Requirements:

SDPC student at least 16 years old Teacher recommendation Checking account TB Test Background Check Includes National Sex Offender database and SLED, if applicable.
