```Duties```

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills ```Qualifications```
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Valid teaching certification/license
Experience working with students in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
Excellent communication skills Montessori training a must

Additional qualifications may be required based on specific teaching positions or grade levels.
