Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Provide personalized support to help students master concepts in pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, precalculus, calculus, and beyond. Teach critical thinking and problem-solving strategies to enhance students' mathematical reasoning. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Use various teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special needs or English language learners. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests, providing constructive feedback to facilitate growth. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment. Qualifications Master's/Bachelor's degree in mathematics, education, or a related field from a reputable US university(required). Previous teaching or tutoring experience (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for working with teenagers.
