The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to student success, helping learners develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging lessons and personalized support. Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Utilize modern learning technology to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate interactive learning experiences Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, standardized assessments, and informal observations Provide individualized tutoring and mentoring to support diverse learning needs and promote academic growth Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment conducive to active participation Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports in accordance with school policies Experience Prior classroom experience in math instruction at the middle or high school level is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse learners Proven ability in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional design tailored to different learning styles Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
